Jeans are about expression. About telling people who you are without words. Through your style. That’s why this collection has a range of fitting shapes and washings to choose from. To give riders an “authentic” jeans look that is fashion focused, with science and safety inherently woven in.
Finding a denim construction that’s both strong yet flexible is no easy task. Factor into the equation the need for fashionable washings and you have quite the dilemma. But we’re not afraid of a challenge… The result? Safe CE-certified motorcycle jeans that are on-trend with fashionable streetwear but are geared toward life on two wheels.
When we talk about the process of washing denim, we don’t mean washing your jeans at home in the washing machine. Here, it’s a process where raw denim is treated to achieve a desired look and feel, which can be done, for example, by the removal of dyes. During this process, depending on the treatment used, it can fundamentally effect the strength of the fibers, weakening them in the process. Which means, when they’re tested on specific elements, they won’t pass stringent CE requirements to help ensure your safety.
This is where the dilemma became an opportunity. And we took a scientific approach to help ensure riders’ safety. We went into our lab to develop a series of fabrics, washings, and other materials that enabled our design and product development teams to present the world a wide range of great-looking denims. At every certification level.
With our Impact Resistance Test we can mimic a fall/slide on a machine at various speeds/RPMs to test a materials strength on concrete road surface.
Our Tensile Tester measures the force that’s needed to tear a fabric apart. We do the same for seam strength. We test fabric and seam strength this to make sure that fabrics and seams hold everything together during a mishap.

To create an even slimmer silhouette in our denim collection, we developed a new SEESMART RV36 knee protector; a protector which is pre-shaped and tapers at the center.
Especially for slim and skinny fit denims, this new protector is a great solution that every fashion-conscious rider will love.
To make sure the new, pre-shaped SEESMART protectors are in the proper place at all times, all jeans as of Spring/Summer 2022 include height adjustability.
Height adjustability comes via a half moon shape and can be adjusted in 2.5 cm increments. This allows riders to get the right protection coverage at all times.
In some models, as mentioned, we’re using specific washings that require additional strengthening by PWR|Shield to obtain the desired CE certification levels.
The new PWR|Shield 2.0 fabric is thinner, lighter, and even more comfortable against the skin, so when applied, you won’t even notice it.
We have sourced and developed new stretch CORDURA® DENIM fabrics that enable us to bring you the most amazing washings ranging from 12.5 oz. to 16.5 oz. in weight.
Our safest AAA Jeans have a special poly-cotton lining (flex twill) with mechanical stretch for better comfort. We focused more intently on stretch so riders’ freedom of movement remains uninhibited. The lining is also more luxurious with an oxford fabric with ‘all-over’ print at pockets.
For our A and AA certified jeans, we use the flex twill but only at the knees; a mesh lining is found at the upper leg (for breathability), and we use an all-over print flex twill material at the pockets.
We are able to create a single-layer denim because the new materials are inherently stronger by nature, therefore, we don’t necessarily need to use a reinforcement.
There are exceptions though. The Detroit TF and Micah TF, along with the Violet BF Ladies jeans still have PWR|Shield included .
The REV’IT! design team developed a new set of trimmings that not only ups-the-ante in terms of luxurious details, but allows you to instantly recognize what CE certification class it has.
The nail cap of the shank button (button at the center front), and coin pocket rivet are now color-coordinated and indicate CE certification:
Red: Safest (Class AAA)
Blue: Safer (Class AA)
Black: Safe (Class A)
All our jeans remain constructed using triple needle stitching along the side seams.
Depending on the fit/model of the jeans, triple needle stitching can also be found across the yoke. This reinforcement adds to the overall safety component of our denim collection.
Adding to the durability of the denim collection, we’ve reinforced the front edges of the front pockets to withstand more daily wear and tear.
This prolongs your jeans’ life by minimizing fraying when placing items in or taking them out of the pocket.
All jeans styles are vegan approved. No leather trimmings are used in any of the details for the denim.

First, let's tackle the fit part. "Fit" is the actual shape of your pair of riding jeans. It's the first thing you need to consider when you're deciding what type of jeans you want.
Regardless of your body shape, we'll have a pair that will look and feel the way you want. All our female fits have a slightly higher waist to ensure a more feminine look and to cover the back a little more.
